水胶体敷料在缝合伤口表皮层线结反应中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hydrocolloid dressing on tissue reactions to sutures in epidermal layer after wound closure. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with tissue reactions to sutures in epidermal layer after wound closure were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the observation group, the wound was covered with hydrocolloid dressing after removing stitches. In the control group, the wound was treated with 75% alcohol wet gauze on the incision and wrapped with sterile dry gauze. The incision pain was evaluated by numerical rating scale(NRS), and the swelling condition, aesthetic effect after wound healing, costs of dressing change and satisfactory degree of patients were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The NRS of incision pain was lower in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group had a better detumescence of incision swelling compared with those in the control group after wound closure(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group had a better aesthetic effect after wound healing and lower costs in dressing change. The satisfactory rate was 3.33%(28/30)in the observation group and was 70.00%(21/30)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Hydrocolloid dressing is effective in promoting swelling detumescence after wound closure, reducing the incision pain, increasing aesthetic effects after wound healing, reducing costs of dressing and improving the satisfactory degree of patients with tissue reactions to sutures.
