百令胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效及针对性护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, and to summarize targeted nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 40 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were included and given oral administration of Bailing capsule. The targeted nursing measures according to the clinical symptoms were carried out. Results 〓There was a decreased proportion of patients with clinical symptoms such as anemia, fatigue, loss in body weight, increased nocturnal enuresis, nausea, vomiting and oliguria after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The Bailing capsule is effective in treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, and nursing measures should be carried out to relieve the adverse symptoms such as anemia, fatigue and so on.
