集束化护理预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles on prevention of central venous catheter-related blood stream infection(CRBSI)in ICU patients. Methods 〓Totally 142 ICU patients with central venous catheterization(CVC)were selected as the control group between June, 2016 and November, 2016, and another 155 patients with CVC were recruited as the observation group between June, 2017 and November, 2017. The routine care on CVC was performed in the control group, and the CVC care bundles was carried out in the observation group. To compare the incidence rate of CRBSI between two groups. Results 〓The incidence rate of CRBSI was 0.83‰ in the observation group, which was lower than 2.72‰ in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The care bundles are potentially effective to reduce the risk of CRBSI in ICU patients with CVC.
