耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对胃癌术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function of patients with surgical treatment for gastric cancer. Methods 〓Totally 96 gastric cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the observation group was given auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application. The time to bowel sound recovery, time to first defecation and intestinal exhaust were observed. The efficacy of pain relief was evaluated at 5 days after surgery, and the postoperative complications were recorded. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a earlier time to bowel sound recovery, time to first defecation and intestinal exhaust compared with patients of the control group(P<0.05). The overall effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was higher than that of controls(89.58% vs. 62.50%, P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.25% in the observation group and was 20.83% in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of auricular point acupressure combined with acupoint application is effective to relieve the postoperative pain degree and improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with surgical treatment for gastric cancer.
