“六心”护理品牌模式提升中医科护理质量的研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of “Six Heart” nursing model on nursing quality in department of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 〓Totally 98 patients from the department of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were assigned to the control group(n=49)and the observation group(n=49). Both two groups received routine care, and the “Six Heart” nursing model was carried out in the observation group. The compliance to TCM treatment and disease awareness of patients were evaluated, the incidence of scald by moxibustion therapy and adverse reaction of TCM infusion were observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group achieved a lower score of compliance to TCM treatment and higher score of disease awareness compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of scald by moxibustion therapy and adverse reaction of TCM infusion were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓“Six Heart” nursing model is potentially effective to improve the compliance of patients who undergoing TCM treatment, so as to improve the nursing quality in TCM department.
