刮痧治疗外感发热退热效果的Meta分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of crapping treatment on abatement of fever in patients with exogenous fever. Methods 〓The randomized controlled trials(RCTs), controlled clinical trials(CCTs)and cohort studies about scrapping treatment for exogenous fever were collected through the databases such as CNKI, CBM, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals, PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, Wanfang Data. The quality of studies was critically appraised and data were extracted by two reviewers independently, and Meta-analysis was performed for the included studies by the Review Manager 5.3 software(RevMan 5.3). Results 〓Nine articles were included in the study. Meta-analysis showed that compared with control group, scrapping group the overall effect was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(OR=4.81,95%CI［3.13,7.40］,P<0.01). scrapping group 24, 48, 72 hours of temperature recovery rate was higher than those of the control group, and the combined effect was statistically significant(OR=3.36,95%CI［1.95,5.81］, P<0.01;OR=4.92,95%CI［2.82,8.57］, P<0.01; OR=3.42,95%CI［1.29,9.05］, P=0.01). The onset tine of fever abatement in the scrapping group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(SMD=-1.30, 95%CI ［-2.57,-0.04］, P=0.04). Conclusions 〓The method of scrapping can effectively reduce the body temperature of exogenous fever patients, which should be promoted in clinical practice.
