T型连贯式无菌台布局在骨科下肢手术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of T-type continuous sterile bench layout on the contamination rate and the quality of operation in lower limb orthopedic surgery. Methods 〓Totally 116 patients with orthopedic lower limb surgery were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group(n=58)adopted conventional sterile bench layout, and the observation group used T-type continuous sterile bench layout. The surgical items pollution rate and surgical cooperation quality were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The pollution rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(5.17% vs. 25.86%, P<0.05).The score of surgical cooperation quality in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(87.85±5.02 vs. 75.39±4.86, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of T-type continuous sterile platform in orthopedic lower limb operation is effective, which can potentially reduce the rate of infection and improve the quality of operation.
