六西格玛管理法提升肠内营养照顾者健康教育知晓率的实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Six Sigma management on awareness of health education in caregivers of patients with enteral nutrition. Methods 〓To find out the potential factors of low awareness of health education among caregivers of patients with enteral nutrition. The corresponding measures were carried out to improve the health education flow. The awareness of health education among caregivers of patients with enteral nutrition was evaluated before(n=60, recruited between April, 2017 and May, 2017)and after implementation of Six Sigma management(n=60, recruited between October, 2017 and November, 2017). Results 〓The awareness rate of health education among caregivers of patients with enteral nutrition increased from 61.67%(37/60)before implementation of Six Sigma management to 86.67%(52/60)after implementation of Six Sigma management, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion By regulating the health education flow, the Six Sigma management is an effective tool to improve the awareness of health education among caregivers of patients with enteral nutrition.
