骨科术后静脉血栓栓塞症的预防和护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the prevention and nursing care of venous thromboembolism(VTE)after orthopedic surgery. Methods 〓A total of 124 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery were selected. During the hospitalization, a targeted nursing procedure was developed for each patient, and nursing care was performed according to this procedure. After 5 days of nursing, D-dimer(DD), fibrinogen(FIB), prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplatin time(APTT)of patients were measured. Results 〓After 5 days of nursing, the levels of DD and FIB in the 124 patients were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05). The mean values of PT and APTT were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05). There were 7(5.56%)cases VTE occurred, in which 6(4.84%)cases with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)occurred and 1(0.81%)case with pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE). Conclusion 〓Targeted nursing procedures and preventive measures are necessary to reduce the risk of VTE after orthopedic surgery.
