集束化护理在慢性肾脏病矿物质及骨代谢异常患者血磷管理中的应用研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cluster bundled nursing in serum inorganic phosphorus management for patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD). Methods 〓Totally 160 CKD-MBD patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during hemodialysis treatment, and cluster bundled nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group. The effect on serum phosphorus control, disease awareness and treatment compliance were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The levels of serum phosphorus and serum intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)were lower in the observation group than those of the control group at 6 months after intervention(P<0.05). The rate of qualified disease awareness, treatment compliance rate and satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). There were fewer patients with hyperphosphatemia(>1.78 mmol/L)in the observation group than those of controls(68.06% vs. 91.30%, P<0.05). Conclusion The cluster bundled nursing shows a positive effect in serum phosphorus management for CKD-MBD patients.
