肱骨上段骨折术后弹力带训练方案的设计与应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training with resistance band in patients after surgical treatment for fracture of upper end of humerus. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with fracture of upper end of humerus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care after the operation, and those in the observation group were given rehabilitation training program with resistance band. The rehabilitation effect, hand-gripping strength and comfort degree of training were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients of the observation group achieved a better rehabilitation effect(Z=5.226, P<0.01)and comfort degree of training(Z=6.883, P<0.01)compared with those of the control group. The averaged hand-gripping strength of patients in the observation group was(20.25±4.62)kg, which was higher than(16.83±5.59)kg of patients in the control group(t=5.783,P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of training with resistance band is potentially effective to improve the postoperative rehabilitation of limb function in patients with fracture of upper end of humerus.
