集束化护理策略预防脑卒中患者留置尿管漏尿效果观察
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles on prevention of urinary leakage in stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter. Methods 〓Totally 106 stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care during indwelling urethral catheterization, and those in the observation group were given care bundles to prevent the urinary leakage. The urinary leakage and related urinary tract infection were observed at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention. Results 〓The rate of urinary leakage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention(1.89% vs. 13.21%, 7.55% vs. 22.64%, P<0.05). The rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention(1.89% vs. 13.21%, 7.55% vs. 22.64%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of care bundles is effective to reduce the risk of urinary leakage in stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter, which in turn may prevent the urinary tract infection.
