中药脐疗联合辨证施护防治腰椎间盘突出症术后便秘的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of navel therapy with Chinese herbs combined with syndrome differentiation nursing on constipation after surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 〓Totally 50 patients undergoing surgery for lumbar disc herniation were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given lactulose oral solution, and those in the observation group were given navel therapy with Chinese herbs combined with syndrome differentiation nursing. The constipation symptom score at first defecation after surgery and 1 week after treatment were assessed. The clinical effect of treatment was evaluated according to the improvement in defecation time at 1 week after treatment. Results 〓The constipation symptom score of both two groups was decreased at 1 week after treatment compared with that at first defecation after surgery(P<0.05), and was lower in the observation group(1.92±0.90)than that of controls(3.07±0.91), with a significant difference(P<0.05). The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(92.00% vs. 72.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Compared with lactulose oral solution, navel therapy with Chinese herbs combined with syndrome differentiation nursing shows a better clinical effect in prevention and treatment of constipation after surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
