Macrodactyly

[摘要] We present a male patient with progressive macrodactylyof the second and third fingers of the right hand. A ray amputation was madein the second and third fingers with transposition from the base of the fourthmetacarpal to the base of the third. The patient had favorable postoperativeevolution, with acceptable aesthetic and hand function.
