Two dimensional electrical conductivity model of the solid state plasma for SPiN device

[摘要] The paper proposed a two dimensional (2D) electrical conductivity model based on the solid state plasma concentration distribution model. The results indicated that the imaginary part of the electrical conductivity is more sensitive to the electromagnetic signal frequency than the real part. And the real part is mainly effected by the internal properties of the solid state plasma. Finally, a smart solid state plasma dipole antenna is designed to test the effect of the imaginary part of the electrical conductivity on the radiation characteristics of the antenna. Plasma dipole antenna has also been compared with metal dipole antenna, the results show that the plasma antenna is entirely possible to replace the metal antenna.
