Development of a microfluidic device for blood oxygenation by photocatalysis
[摘要] (cont.) The flux of oxygen at the photocatalyst surface was 1.11 x 10-3 mmol O₂/ (cm² - min). The O₂ flux is nearly two orders of magnitude larger than that of any other fluidic device for blood oxygenation to date. The results from the proof-of-concept microfluidic device are promising and are a step towards the realization of a photocatalytic artificial lung.
