Obesity as an Epidemic: Causes, Morbidities and Reproductive Performance

[摘要] Obesity is an epidemic causing significant morbidity and mortality in United States. It is facilitated by many factors including sedentary life style, abundance of food, and unhealthy dietary habits. This review aims to briefly address causes and conditions associated with obesity, with a special emphasis on reproductive performance for Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
