Tratamiento de ortodoncia en paciente con tendencia a clase III con presencia de diente supernumerario

[摘要] We present the case of a 12-year-old dolichofacial female patient, on the right side presents molar and canine class I, left molar class III and canine class I, the oval arch shape, right upper lateral incisor palatinate, 3 mm overjet and 2 mm overbite. Class I skeletal with tendency to class III, pattern of vertical growth and protrusion and proinclination of upper and lower incisors. In addition to the presence of supernumerary located between OD 11 and OD 13. The treatment plan consisted of the extraction of the supernumerary tooth, stripping, fixed appliance (Alexander 0.018) and the sequence of arches technique.
