[摘要] A bibliographic review on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) in children was carried out, with the objective of publicizing the importance of this syndrome. It is a problem that affects the child's breathing while sleeping. A child with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome goes through moments of sleep, when air does not flow into the lungs normally.
