[摘要] The treatment of included teeth is one of the most frequently encountered problems in patients requiring orthodontic treatment, which can cause certain problems, such as impairing tooth mobility, aesthetics, and functional outcomes. After the third maxillary molar, the superior canines present the most common impaction, which can be impacted in the vestibular or palatal position, and present a high index in females than in males. With proper surgical and orthodontic treatment, and coming out of the traditional with innovative techniques, the impacted teeth can erupt and be guided to a suitable position in the dental arch. This article presents two effective methods for positioning teeth included in their bony bases based on their eruption guide and with an effective method using a power arm, simplifying the traction of the same. The results were satisfactory in both cases, giving a favorable prognosis to continue the treatment.
