奖罚制度在提高ICU护士手卫生依从性中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of reward and punishment system in improving the hygiene compliance of nurses in ICU. Methods 〓To establish the hand hygiene quality control team and to carry out the rewards and punishment system. Those with hand hygiene compliance rate of 90% or more was given material and spiritual rewards, and those with compliance rate of 80% or less was given punishment. The improvement in hand hygiene compliance before and after the activity was observed. Results 〓After the implementation of the reward and punishment system, the hygiene compliance of nurses in ICU was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The implementation of the reward and punishment system can motivate nurses to take the initiative and correct hand hygiene and improve the compliance of hand hygiene.
