优化在岗培训对新入职护士职业能力的提升效果
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimized on-the-job training on improvement of vocational ability in new recruited nurses.Methods A total of 38 new recruited nurses received online training and offline test by using public platform software such as Wechat and QQ. The outcomes of assessment on “three basic” nursing theories, nursing operations and clinical practice were compared before training and 12 months after training.Results The qualified rate of assessment on “three basic” nursing theories, nursing operations and clinical practice was 100.00%(38/38)、94.73%(36/38)and 89.47%(34/38)after training respectively, which were higher than 68.42%(26/38)、63.16%(24/38)and 23.68%(9/38)before training, with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion It is required to enhance the post competence and optimize on-the-job training methods, for the purpose the vocational ability improvement.
