客观结构化临床考试提高手术交接质量的应用实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in quality improvement of nursing shift handover for surgical patients. Methods 〓Nurses form operation room received training based on OSCE. The score of theory and practice skill examination of nurses were compared before and after training. The time cost in shift handover from ward to operation room, from operation room to post anesthesia care unit, and from operation room to ward were recorded respectively. Results 〓Nurses achieved a higher score in theory and practice skill examination after training(P<0.05). There was a decrease in time cost in shift handover after training(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of OSCE can improve the quality of nursing shift handover for surgical patients.
