中药热熨敷疗法中联合恒温式腹部按摩器的应用研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the application value of hot compress therapy combined with constant-temperature abdominal massage. Methods Totally 42 patients without drainage tube after appendectomy were assigned to the control group and the treatment group according to the admission sequence, with 21 cases in each group. Both two groups received hot compress therapy with Chineseherbs, and constant-temperature abdominal massage was carried out in the treatment group. The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time and length of nursing operation were observed. Results  The postoperative exhaust time and defecation time were shorter in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05). It cost less time of nursing operation in the treatment group than that in the control group(5 mins per time vs. 20 minutes per time). Conclusion  hot compress therapy combined with constant-temperature abdominal massage shows efficacy in improving the postoperative exhaustdefecation, also reducing the nursing resource.
