中医护理方案在脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良患者中的实施效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plan for patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 80 patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan was carried out in the observation group. The clinic symptom score and patient reported outcomes(PRO)were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The score of each dimension of clinic symptom was decreased in both two groups 14 days after intervention, and was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The PRO scale were increased in both two group at 30 days after intervention, and was higher in the observation group than that of control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan can effectively improve of clinical symptom and quality of life in patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type functional dyspepsia.
