品管圈在手术室与消毒供应中心一体化模式中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the quality control circle(QCC)in the integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department. Methods 〓To set up the QCC activity group and to identify the theme. The potential risk factors in the integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department were analyzed and the improvement countermeasures were carried out. The qualified rate of operation instrument package, satisfaction degree of doctor, time gap between consecutive operations and QCC group members’ ability were compared before and after implementation of QCC activities. Results 〓The qualified rate of operation instrument package was higher after implementation of QCC compared with that before implementation of QCC(P<0.05). Surgeons were more satisfied with the preparation of operation instrument package(P<0.05). The time gap between consecutive operations was decreased after implementation of QCC activities(P<0.05). The QCC ability such as problem-soloing, communication, teamwork, responsibility, confidence and positive attitude were improved in all QCC members(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of QCC activity can increase the qualified rate of surgical instruments package and enhance the integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department.
