混合痔术后中医操作及护理概述

[摘要] Abstract：The hemorrhoidectomy is the main surgical excision for the mixed hemorrhoid, which is a clinical common disease. Postoperative complications of excisional hemorrhoidectomy mainly include pain, hemorrhage, constipation, influencing the incision healing and patients’ quality of life. This paper focused on the TCM nursing operation for patients with mixed hemorrhoid after operation. The studies on fumigation and steaming with Chinese medicine, dressing change, moxibustion and diet intervention based on syndrome differentiation were reviewed and summarized. This paper also discussed the postoperative exercise intervention and discharge guidance, in order to improve the rehabilitation of anal function and reduce the risk of relapse.
