“PQRST”分诊模式对提高腹痛患者分诊准确率的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the(production, quantity, routing, supporting area and time)“PQRST” mode in improving the triage accuracy of patients with abdominal pain. Methods   A total of 240 patients with abdominal pain were assigned to the PQRST group and the normal group, with 120 cases in each group. Patients in the PQRST group received “PQRST” mode-based triage, while the patients in the normal group were given routine triage. The triage accuracy rate, error rate of triage, triage duration and satisfaction degree were observed and compared between two groups. Results   Patients in the PQRST group had higher accuracy rate of triage, lower error rate of triage, shorter triage duration compared with those in the normal group(P<0.05). the overall satisfaction rate on triage was higher in the PQRST group than that of normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion   Application of “PQRST” mode can effectively improve the triage accuracy and shorten the triage duration in pre-exanimation triage for abdominal pain.
