中药口服配合穴位按摩辅助治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with acupoint Massage for elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods 〓A total of 44 elderly patients with AECOPD were enrolled and divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=24). Both two groups were given routine Western medicine treatment and nursing care, and patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese herbal medicine combined with acupoint massage. The symptom assessment and pulmonary function classification of two groups were compared after two weeks’ intervention. Results 〓The scores of symptom assessment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The proportion of patients with grade pulmonary function was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Chinese herbal medicine with acupoint massage can alleviate the clinical symptoms of AECOPD and improve pulmonary ventilation function of elderly patients.
