系统性安全环节管理在骨科护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the  systematic safety management in orthopedics nursing. Methods A total of 100 orthopedics patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with conventional treatment and nursing care. The observation group was additionally given systematic safety management. Hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction and nursing adverse events were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events was 4.0% (2/50) in observation group and was 15.0%(8/50) in control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had higher satisfaction rate and shorter length of stay compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Systematic safety management in orthopedics nursing can effectively reduce the risk of nursing adverse events.
