ENBD配合胃肠减压预防胆总管结石ERCP术后急性胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症的临床护理
[摘要] Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To study nursing measures of hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) treated by endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) and gastrointestinal decompression. Methods A total of 86 patients with ERCP surgery were chosen and all patients were treated by ENBD preventive intervention, and 20 patients added gastrointestinal decompression drainage. The incidence of acute pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia were observed, and effective nursing measures were analyzed. Results Out of 86 cases, there were 5 cases(5.81%) with acute pancreatitis, and 7 cases(8.14%) with hyperlipidemia. Conclusion ENBD and gastrointestinal decompression can effectively reduce pancreatic juice reflux, drainage of bile and gastric juice, relieve abdominal distension and prevent acute pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia after ERCP.
