肺癌放疗患者放射性肺炎优质护理的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing for patients with radiation pneumonitis after radiotherapy. Methods A total of 60 lung cancer patients with radiation pneumonitis after radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given extra high quality nursing interventions. Results Observation group had better outcomes in control of radiation pneumonitis compared with  controls (93.4% vs. 53.3%, P＜0.01). Conclusion Strengthened observation and high quality nursing intervention are necessary for patients with radiation pneumonitis after radiotherapy.
