慢性宫颈病变的临床治疗及护理

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention of chronic cervical lesions treated by LEEP. Methods A total of 82 cases with chronic cervical lesions were included (70 cases with chronic cervicitis and 12 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia). All the patients were undergone LEEP treatment and implemented preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention, the total efficiency was 100%, including 80 cases was cured for one-time (97.56%) and 2 effective cases(2.44%). Conclusion LEEP treatment of chronic cervical lesions is safe with fewer complications, faster recovery and high cure rate. Nursing intervention has played an important role in improving the clinical outcomes of LEEP treatment.
