血液透析患者营养状况及透析并发症应用整体护理干预的影响研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of overall nursing intervention on nutritional status and dialysis complications in patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients were recruited as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the admission order．The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group used overall nursing intervention, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group received lower incidence of complications and better nutritional status compared with the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion Overall nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can improve the nutritional status, reduce the risk of complications, and improve quality of life of patients.
