关联图法在消毒供应质量管理改进中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore causes of adverse events in disinfection and sterilization supply by using inter-relationship diagraph, and to improve the quality of disinfection supply management.Methods The inter-relationship diagraph was drawn by interviewing the adverse events related people. Related factors were collected and group meeting was convened. The main factors affecting the adverse events were determined through the analysis and calculation of the association graph.Results The main cause of adverse events included insufficient training and education in operation room, missing pass box and lack of risk awareness in nurses. According to the main causes of adverse events, the targeted measures were carried out to avoid the recurrence of similar adverse events.Conclusion The inter-relationship diagraph method can identify the main reason of the system and promote the quality improvement of disinfection supply management.
