食道癌患者综合护理干预方法及其临床价值

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 82 esophageal cancer patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects, and were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random sampling method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group and the study group were given routine care and perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention, respectively. Nursing satisfaction, complications(pain, anastomotic fistula, infections), recovery time of gastrointestinal motility, and hospital stay of two groups were recorded. Results The nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.56% (40/41), which was significantly higher than 78.05% (32/41)in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications, recovery time of gastric motility and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with esophageal cancer surgery can shorten recovery time of gastrointestinal motility, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
