中西医结合治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂疗效观察和护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of Ⅱand Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse. Methods This study included 38 patients with Ⅱor Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse. All patients received combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medical treatment, including longitudinal suture of mucosa, injection under the rectum mucous membrane and external sphincter folds. Results There were 2 cases lost to followup. Of 36 cases evaluated for clinical effect, 30 cases were cured, 5 cases were improved and 1 case with ineffective outcome. There was no patient with rectum necrosis, rectal mucous membrane ulcer, hemoproctia, anal incontinence or incision infection after surgery. A total of 12 patients with hypogastralgia were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral intake. Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an effective way in treatment of Ⅱand Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse. High quality of nursing during perioperative period, functional training and health education after operation are important to the rehabilitation of patients.
