中医辨证施护在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of TCM syndrome differentiation on curative efficacy of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 92 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into control group and observation group, adopting conventional nursing and syndrome nursing, respectively. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The observation group had 26 cases with excellent efficacy and 16 cases with ordinary efficacy, the total effective rate of observation group (91.3%) was significantly higher than that of control group (71.7%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The syndrome differentiation nursing serves the patients with targeted nursing, plays the role of TCM characteristics and has achieved a favorable curative effect.
