血液透析患者中西医结合护理的应用探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 50 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. the control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was applied with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. The efficacy of hemodialysis and adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups.Results The efficacy of hemodialysis was 96.0%(24/25)in the observation group and was 76.0%(19/25)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the adverse reaction rate was 4.0%(1/25)in the observation group and was 28.0%(7/25)in the control group, with a significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve the efficiency of hemodialysis and decrease the risk of adverse reactions in patients with hemodialysis.
