辨证施护在社区老年功能性便秘患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of dialectical nursing intervention for community elderly patients with constipation. Methods A total of 60 community elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The conventional nursing was given in both of two groups and the additional dialectical nursing intervention was applied in the observation. The clinical efficacy at 6 months after intervention was compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 70.0%(21/30) in the control group and was 93.3%(28/30) in the observation group, the overall efficacy of the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dialectical nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life of functional constipation patients.
