综合护理干预对中老年髋、膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in midelderly patients undergoing hip or knee joint replacement. Methods A total of 101 cases of patients undergoing hip or knee joint replacement were randomly divided into the observation group (n=51) and control group (n=50). Both two groups received routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing interventions were given to the observation group. The incidence of DVT, lower limb swelling, musculus gastrocnemius tenderness and blood stasis with 7 days after operation were observed and the satisfaction degree of patients was evaluated. Results The incidence of DVT, lower limb swelling, musculus gastrocnemius tenderness and blood stasis were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate in evaluation on professional skill, working attitude, ward management, the disease spread and health education compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of DVT in midelderly patients undergoing hip and knee replacement.
