吞咽功能训练联合家庭访视对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of swallowing functional training combined with home visit in treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 124 stroke patients with dysphagia were assigned to the control group (n=62) and the observation group (n=62) according to the nursing program. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given swallowing functional training combined with home visit. The swallowing function of patients were assessed and compared between two groups. Results The score of water swallow test was decreased in both two groups 4 weeks and 8 weeks after intervention compared with that before intervention (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), and was significant lower in the observation group than that of controls (P＜0.0 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Swallowing functional training combined with home visit is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.
