无缝隙护理管理在社区预防接种中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing for vaccination in community. Methods A total of 306 cases from March 2013 to December in our community were included in control group and 323 cases from March 2013 to December were in the observation group, control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given seamless nursing management. Results Vaccination satisfaction was 98.45% in the observation group, and was 89.54% in the control group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Adverse reaction incidence in the observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of seamless nursing management for vaccination in community can reduce adverse reaction and improve quality of nursing.
