程式化培训策略在心理科带教培训中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the “2W+1H+1E” programmed training strategies in teaching and training in department of psychology. Methods Sixteen new nurses from 2012 to 2015 in department of psychology were trained by “2W+1H+1E” programmed training strategies. One year after the training, the mean score of grading evaluation in new nurses in whole hospital was compared longitudinally with that in new nurses in department of psychology. Score of comprehensive quality assessment in new nurses was compared before and after training. Results The mean score of grading evaluation in new nurses in department of psychology was significantly better than that in nurses in department of nursing (P<0.05). Score of comprehensive quality assessment in new nurses after training was significantly better than that before training (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of the “2W+1H+1E” programmed training strategies in department of psychology can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing with training.
