食管异物穿孔胃镜下取出术的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for esophageal perforation caused by foreign bodies. Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical date of 4 patients with esophageal perforation caused by foreign bodies. The foreign body was extracted by using gastroscope. Results Foreign body was extracted successfully in all 4 cases. All patients were treated with fasting, waterdeprivation, gastrointestinal decompression, hemostasis and nutrition support. Conclusion Extraction by using electronic gastroscope is an effective way of treating esophageal perforation caused by foreign bodies. The proper preparation before surgery, intraoperative coordination and postoperative nursing are key factors to promote rehabilitation.
