癌痛患者应用癌痛规范化护理的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized nursing for improvement the analgesic effect and reducing adverse reactions after analgesia in cancer pain patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with cancer pain were assigned to the observation group and the control group by sortition randomization method, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional treatment, and the observation group was applied with standardized nursing. The results of visual analogue scale (VAS) and EORTC QLQC30 questionnaire, as well as adverse reaction, were compared between two groups. Results The VAS score was decreased in both two groups after nursing intervention, and was lower in the observation than that of controls (P＜0.01). The incidence of nausea, vomiting, lethargy and constipation was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜0.01). The score of physical function, role function, cognitive function, social function and emotional function in EORTC QLQC30 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after intervention (P＜0.01). Conclusion Standardized nursing is penitential effective to improve the analgesic effect and reduce adverse reactions after analgesia in cancer pain patients, it is also beneficial to prognosis and quality of life of patients.
