综合护理干预在老年脑卒中后尿失禁患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in elderly stroke patients complicated with uracratia. Methods A total of elderly stroke patients complicated with uracratia were assigned to the group A and group B according to admission sequence. Both two groups were given routing nursing care during treatment, and comprehensive nursing interventions were performed in the group B. The quality of life, urination function and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0%（19/20）in group A and was 65.0%（13/20）in group B, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The recovery rate of urination function was higher in the group B than that of group A (95.0% vs. 60.0, P＜005). Patients in Group B received a higher score in assessment of selfcare ability, health condition, communication, family function compared with the patients in Group A (P＜0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction, life quality and recovery of urinary function in elderly stroke patients complicated with uracratia.
