同期肝叶切除联合胆道镜手术的围术期针对性护理研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore perioperative nursing of lobe resection surgery combined with choledochoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 80 biliary calculi patients in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into two groups, control group was given routine nursing during in perioperation and targeted nursing was implemented in observation group, care satisfaction, treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared. Results Compared with control group, effective treatment, and nursing satisfaction, incidence of complications in the observation group were better(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in perioperation can improve patients′ satisfaction, and reduce the probability of adverse reactions.
