恶性血液病患者心理弹性及罗伊适应模式应用概述

[摘要] Abstract：Tumors of the hematopoietic tissues or hematopoietic malignancies are tumors that affect the blood, bone marrow, lymph, and lymphatic system, including acute and chronic leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and so on. The emotional status, disease awareness, treatment adherence are key issues in treatment and rehabilitation of patients with hematopoietic malignancies. This paper summarized the basic content of Roy's adaptation model. It also reviewed the related content of resilience of patients with hematologic malignancies from six aspects, including first-level assessment, second-level evaluation, diagnosis, formulation of goals, measures and evaluation, in order to assist patients to achieve effective adaptation and improve the mental health of patients with malignant tumor.
