吴茱萸贴敷对经尿道前列腺切除术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa on rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods 〓Totally 81 patients undergoing TURP were assigned to the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=41). Both two groups received routine care after surgery, and the observation group was given acupoint-application with Evodia Rutaecarpa. The anus exhausting time was observed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The anus exhausting time was(25.74±9.72)h in the observation group and was(30.93±12.35)h in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa is effective to improve the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after TURP.
